Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

2. User Types

PropConnect AI may support consumers, property owners, licensed real-estate brokers, real-estate salespersons, property managers, developers, organizations, and other authorized users. Certain features may only be available to specific account types or verified users.

3. Listings and Property Information

Users who publish or submit property information are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, lawful, current, and authorized. PropConnect AI does not independently guarantee the accuracy, ownership, availability, pricing, condition, or legal status of any property unless expressly stated.

4. Professional Information and Verification

Real-estate professionals are responsible for providing accurate professional and licensing information. Verification features are intended to improve trust but do not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of a professional's services.

5. Marketplace and Connections

PropConnect AI facilitates discovery and connections between users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PropConnect AI is not the seller, buyer, lessor, lessee, broker, developer, property owner, lender, or contracting party in transactions between users.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any property, brokerage, rental, hosting, financing, or other transaction.

6. Matching and AI Features

PropConnect AI may use rules, software, and artificial-intelligence features to assist with property discovery, matching, recommendations, explanations, search, and other functions.

Matches, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs are informational tools only and do not guarantee suitability, availability, transaction success, investment returns, legal compliance, or professional advice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: • submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized listings or information; • impersonate another person or organization; • misuse another user's personal information; • attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; • upload malicious software or harmful content; • use PropConnect AI for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity; • interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain responsibility for content they submit. By submitting content necessary to operate a listing, profile, or other feature, you grant PropConnect AI the limited rights needed to host, display, process, and distribute that content for operation of the service.

PropConnect AI's branding, software, designs, interfaces, and proprietary platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Suspension and Removal

PropConnect AI may restrict, suspend, remove, or deactivate accounts, listings, or content where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or protection of users and the platform.

10. Service Availability

Features may change, be added, removed, interrupted, or updated. PropConnect AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PropConnect AI is not responsible for losses arising from transactions, representations, negotiations, agreements, property conditions, user conduct, third-party services, or decisions made based on information or recommendations presented through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the PropConnect AI Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate means.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to applicable consumer, privacy, real-estate, and other mandatory laws.
