3. Property Requirements and Matching

Users may provide information about the type of property they are seeking. This information may be processed to identify relevant listings, provide recommendations, and support matching functionality.

Professional-managed client information may be subject to additional access controls designed to protect client privacy.

4. Professional Client and Lead Information

PropConnect AI processes information submitted through inquiries, leads, Buyer Needs/Requirements, and related professional workflows in order to provide platform functionality.

Professional client relationships and CRM information — including client and inquirer identity and contact details, message content, private buyer requirements, notes, and follow-ups — are treated as private professional data belonging to the professional's own workspace.

Administrators do not receive routine, unrestricted access to client names, contact information, messages, or private CRM content through normal administrative views. Certain operational metadata — such as inquiry type, listing type, status, timestamps, and the assigned professional — may be available to authorized administrators for operating, securing, and maintaining the platform.

Restricted, record-level access to client identity, contact information, and message content may occur when reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as support, security, abuse or fraud investigation, data integrity, or legal and compliance obligations. Such restricted access is controlled and audited, and it does not automatically grant unrestricted visibility into unrelated professional CRM records.

5. Public and Private Information

Certain information is intentionally public, such as publicly published property listings and selected public professional-profile information.

Other information, including account credentials, sensitive verification documents, and private user data, is not intended for public display.

Users should understand the visibility setting of information they choose to publish.

6. Sharing of Information

PropConnect AI may share information where necessary: • with users involved in a connection, inquiry, or transaction-related interaction; • with authorized service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, analytics, or platform operations; • where required by law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request; • to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of platform policies.

PropConnect AI does not sell personal information merely for the purpose of selling personal data to third parties.
